About Barry
The philosophy takes a holistic athlete approach to coaching and programming. Barry Antoniow has 18 years coaching and 10 years of competition experience and knowledge. Coach Barry utilizes his 15 years of teaching Anatomy and Physiology with coaching / programming and shares his wealth of experience, looking at the technical side of the sport. Barry looks at the training principles when working with his lifters. Bring his practical experience that has taken many athletes to Provincial, National and World Level Events.
